REBAR STRAIN GAUGE
Designed for precise strain measurement in concrete structures, diaphragm walls, and concrete piles. Engineered for reliability and performance, it provides accurate data even in challenging conditions, ensuring informed decision-making and enhanced safety. Applications include measuring strain in tunnel linings, concrete foundation slabs, footings, diaphragm walls, and concrete piles.

ARC-WELDABLE STRAIN GAUGE
The strain gauge features a steel cord fixed on a metal rod, where micro deformations from external forces alter the vibration frequency of the cord, providing precise strain measurements. Ideal for installation on rod elements of steel structures, it effectively monitors stress distribution. Applications include monitoring load distribution in pile tests, stress concentration in pipes, strain in tunnel linings and supports, load in struts for deep excavations, and structural members of buildings and bridges during and after construction.


TILTMETER
A dual-axis wireless tiltmeter featuring advanced capabilities and reliable performance. Equipped with NB-IoT wireless transmission and temperature measurement, it suits various industries, including civil engineering, water conservancy, bridge engineering, and building safety. Its robust, waterproof enclosure meets IP65 standards. The low-power 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery ensures long-term measurement and instant data upload. TILTdot can store over 1 million data points on a 32 GB Micro SD card and backs up data on the dot cloud service.
CRACKMETER
Crackmeter is a robust instrument for precise structural crack measurement, featuring a vibrating wire and stainless steel tension spring for reliable long-term monitoring. Its 4-core shielded cable maintains accuracy regardless of cable length, making it ideal for harsh conditions. The device excels in extended monitoring, with the connecting rod altering spring tension and wire frequency as cracks open or close. It includes an inner thermometer for temperature measurement and a universal joint for some displacement, capable of measuring both the opening and closing of cracks or joints.


LOAD CELL
Widely used in oil and gas, transportation, and construction, provides reliable and accurate readings through its four evenly attached 350-ohm strain gauges. The load cells featuring a solid and annular design, deliver output signals for axial force measurement. They are ideal for measuring sectional stress in anchor bolt loading, prestressed anchors, and tunnel bolts, ensuring precise load testing across various applications.
